For those who want to stay off the floor. Some postures may involve standing, but there are balance barres available and the class is always tailored to attendees.  No experience needed.

1:30-2:30 Live Bunny Yoga * Peg Darnell

Join real live bunnies* from Wonderland Rabbit Rescue for a fun hour of gentle yoga on the floor amongst romping bunnies. No experience needed.

2:30-3:30 Slow Flow, Restorative and Yoga Nidra * Priscilla Hankins

A variety of techniques to minimize stress and anxiety, finishing with a yoga nidra guided meditation.

3:00-4:00 YinYasa * Dawn Marie Marshall and Sam Nash

The dynamic, breath driven yang of vinyasa, blended with the gentle opening of yin. Best of both for a New Year’s balancing practice.

4:00-5:00 Mudras, Mantras and Pranyama * Cheryl Dodge

Hand placements (mudras), chants (mantras) and breath work (pranayama), linked together for a deeper practice.

4:15-5:15 Gentle, Basic * Jayne Diorka

Basic movements, incorporating breath, stretching and asanas (postures). No experience necessary.

5:30-6:30 Drum Circle – Brianna McKenzie

Bring your favorite instrument, singing bowl, noisemaker, voice, for a fun sound based practice. A fun way to end the yogathon (no experience necessary).

Chair Massage or Assisted Bodywork with Cheryl Dodge 11 am- 4 pm ($10 for 10 minutes)

Reflexology with Peg Darnell 10:30 am-Noon; 3-4 pm ($15 for 20 minutes)
