This 6 week Workshop is for beginners who are interested in starting Yoga, but
are afraid they are “not flexible”, “overweight”, or "can't do yoga".
We will cover all the basics including postures, breathing, meditation, relaxation, beginning yoga philosophy, & more! There will be tips on how to incorporate yoga techniques into your daily life, for a more happy, balanced, stress free you!
